Der neue Mercedes GLA basiert auf der MMA-Plattform, die vorrangig für Elektrofahrzeuge entwickelt wurde, und wird ab 2026 zunächst als reines E-Modell angeboten, ab 2027 folgen Hybridvarianten. Damit beginnt für das Kompakt-SUV von Mercedes eine neue Generation.
