In 2027, AMD is expected to launch budget-friendly RDNA 5 desktop gaming cards. Moore's Law Is Dead has leaked two of these RDNA 5 GPUs that could show up in mid-range/entry-level RDNA 5 boards. Termed "AT4" and "AT3", the GPUs are based on the TSMC N3C or N3P process nodes and feature up to 48 Compute Units.

What the general public wants are more laptops with AMD Halo with Ryzen AI Max+ 395.
Currently, only two OEM manufacturers offer this model: the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 and the HP ZBook Ultra G1a, which has a Radeon 8060S iGPU, ideal for AAA gaming, video editing, data analysis, and language modeling.
I still don't understand why manufacturers don't release more similar models.

What makes you so sure it's manufactures that are being unwilling and not AMD themselves?

If they want a product to sell they need to work with OEMs to ensure that all bottlenecks are resolved.
