Optoma Photon Go portable triple laser projector now available in the US

Optoma has launched the Photon Go, a portable triple laser projector, in the US and Canada. This new ultra short throw model can project images up to 100 inches wide, and offers automatic focus and keystone correction tools. Other features include Google TV, integrated stereo speakers and support for voice commands.

Bough one of these in the UK and returned it.

Image quality is poor
The interface was etremely lagging taking several seconds to respond to any input.

The worst thing about the device is that there is no way to fully turn it off which means that the battery is in a constant state of discharge.

What's even worse than that is if you mis place the controller or it stops working, there is no way to control the device or even switch the pinut.
The seller who I bought it from agreed that it was a very poor design.

Waste of money and a very poor peice of kit.

Do not buy, you have been warned.
