Razers complete line of laptops are unjustifiably way overpriced. The customer service is nearly non-existent and good luck having your issue resolved without spending an arm and a leg to have it worked on. The bearing on a CPU fan went bad and started screaming with this high pitched noise and I tried to get them to sell me a new fan and they refused and demanded that I pay to have it shipped to their service center and pay the shipping plus $150 and hour to have them replace it. One month and $450 later I got my laptop back only to have the fan to the other processor go out.
