Low power 60 Hz IPS here vs 120 Hz OLED there, slower and more frugal SoC (CPU + iGPU) here vs faster and more power hungry there, a bit better cooling/thermals here so the fan activity is less frequent, meaning less battery juice spent to power the fan.

One issue with the V series of CPUs is that they can only do 3 monitors in total, 3 external without the laptop one working, or 2 external and the laptop one.

The H and U can all do 4+0 or 3+1

Lenovo offers it optionally, but most configurations of the X1 Carbon G13 will ship with the 1080p webcam.
