Intel has yet another microcode for 13th & 14th-gen CPU instability issues

Intel has released microcode update 0x12F to address lingering "Vmin Shift Instability" in its 13th and 14th Gen Core desktop CPUs. The update targets voltage behavior issues in idle, long-running systems without impacting performance.
