Older HW3 Teslas can't run the new 360-degree vandalism surveillance in Sentry mode

The new Sentry mode only works on some HW4 vehicles like the new Model Y, but not all, as the Cybertruck doesn't get it, too. Older Teslas on HW3 computer and cameras can't do true 360-degree vandalism surveillance, it seems.
