Two new Threadripper CPUs spotted, 24-core 9965WX and 32-core 9975WX

Threadripper 9000 series is said to include a 24-core 9965WX and 32-core 9975WX SKU with 350W TDP. Previous leaks have suggested a 16-core to 96-core spread so there should be at least four SKUs in the series.
