FEVM FA-EX9: New Strix Halo mini PC launches with OCuLink and Radeon 8060S iGPU

The recently teased FEVM FA-EX9 mini PC is now official in China. This AMD Strix Halo system features the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with the Radeon 8060S iGPU and has one OCuLink and two USB4 ports.
