According to Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon, sales of the Snapdragon X-based Windows machines reached a double-digit market share in December 2024 in the US in the >$800 pricing category. This development seems to be a marked improvement over the sales of the Snapdragon laptops in the previous months.

I don't understand why writers keep undercutting the performance of Snapdragon chips. It's as of there is an agenda among some to prop up Intel and/or AMD.

Compared to previous generations, the Snapdragon X Elite fall guys offers significantly higher performance, approaching or surpassing some Intel/AMD chips in some tasks.

Agree that it's weird how there seems to be an agenda against arm based windows machines. I'm no Qualcomm fan by any means but having both a Qualcomm and an intel Lenovo laptop at work, I can say that I want to chuck my intel laptop out the window daily. Literally every day it is out of battery from crashing in sleep mode or getting stuck in some loop powering down. I would use the arm laptop as my daily driver but IT is dragging their feet on getting it "corporate ready."
