New Sony 2024 BRAVIA 8 announced as brighter OLED 4K HDR Google TV

Sony has revealed the BRAVIA 8 as part of its 2024 TV lineup. The OLED model is already available to pre-order in some countries, and pricing has been announced for North America and Europe. According to Sony, the TV is brighter than its 2023 equivalent and has features including Prime Video Calibrated Mode.

What panels are they using? WOLED not QD-OLED I suspect but Sony won't tell you. Prices are ridiculous given it's not the 9 series.
