just don't play it?
blizzard stopped being high-quality developer, quality of their games and story is worse than chinese gacha games for phones
also surprisingly those gacha games suck less money

It's a cosmetic pack. Not required for the game at all. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Leave it to people with more money than sense so they can support the game, otherwise it will have to be financed through other means that require players pay more. The problem is people are so entitled they get upset that they can't have an exclusive mount/armor/etc. I for one am all for this and would like to see more of it. Help keep costs down for those that don't care about this stuff and maybe actually teach people they aren't entitled to have everything.

How is this a MICRO transaction? Seems kind of ridiculous but I guess people are buying it for this kind of money otherwise it'd be priced more reasonably.

You're an actual idiot if you think that microtransactions this high priced wouldn't effect other aspects of gaming if it were actually successful. Gaming, especially in the West is highly effected by trends. Leaving it to the people "with more money then sense" is a great way to see those same $60 and higher transactions in more games, and eventually more than just cosmetics if companies start to feel it could make them more money. The only way for things to get that far is for too many people to be as jaded to it as you. Which is why so many people call bullshit on it and speak out. The more attention called to things that suck the more that get deterred from it. So that we never even make it to the point where those kinds of transactions are okay, and if you don't like hearing these opinions, don't read them. Follow your own logic.

lmao

lmao you are doing literally what they want you to - fighting each other instead of canceling their sales to show your discontent
price tag is a robbery for zero effort content like skins, it's a cash grab

I typically don't respond to trolls, but here goes. First, this has already been going on for *years*, so it's nothing new and it's not like developers/publishers are going to suddenly, after all this time, say that because of this game or that, they're going to not only drastically increase the number of microtransactions, but they're going to do it for necessary aspects of the game as well. And even if they did, the game would either fail because of it or they would make more money, people people vote with their wallets. If you have an issue with it, don't support the games. I personally don't buy cosmetic upgrades and don't bother with games that have ridiculous amount of microtransactions. But complaining about this is like complaining about leather/power seats costing more in a car or marble countertop costing more; they're optional upgrades that you can either buy or not.

Also, if you're going to call someone an idiot, probably best to at least use proper grammar. Affect, not effect, and than, not then. As for "if you don't like hearing these opinions, don't read them," then why are you reading my opinion? Funny how opinions seem to be fine to you, so long as they're in agreement with your own. Perhaps follow your own logic...
