Tesla has opened the Robotaxi app downloads on iOS and a signup website for its new ride-share platform. The service is seemingly priced lower than Uber or Waymo, but the pilot launch is not yet for the public, as an exclusive Robotaxi app is needed to schedule rides.

"They cited a very low collision incident rate of under 7% among all situations involving fully autonomous vehicle services."

So if 15k miles/year, then every 1k an accident? Fascist DonElon say it ain't so.

Wish I could buy a more advance Chinese EV.

Your logic is flawed. The stat involves 119 situations of automous vehicles in the past 2 years of ALL automated services. Not just 1 car.  And def not only 15k miles per year. And out of 119 situations that could not be dealt with, less than 7% resulted in an accident.
Not even sure how you got to 15k/year 1 accident per k mile.
