Samsung has officially confirmed that Google Assistant will no longer be available on its smart TVs, including existing models. The voice assistant was added to Samsung's Tizen TV platform in 2020, but the 2023 lineup of TVs came without it. Now, citing Google's policy changes, Samsung has announced that it will be unavailable on all older models as well.
