That's not even a sale. Those are literally the prices that microsoft and wd permanently reduced their Xbox Series X|S ssd cards to back in may 2023. Just because some companies have wrongly chosen to not adjust their prices to represent this does not mean they are on sale. It has only been brought down to the price they should be at since may 2023.
Do your research before posting please. Unfortunately you are not the only site giving out this incorrect information.

Not a sale!  Wow.  Worse reporting I've ever read.  Do your research.  That is the new standard price set by Microsoft earlier this year.  You should be fired for your incompetence.

QuoteThe only other alternative is to shuttle games between a much slower external USB hard drive and the Xbox, which can be time-consuming.

Another false part of the article, you can also use some form of external SSD to shuttle games (& to play xb1 & 360 games directly from). And you can repurpose the external drive in the future (unlike the proprietary drives

Theses don't even work on series s or x. You have to get a internal one that plugs up into the actual system in the back. Trust me I've tried something similar didn't work. You can't get space added on your series s or x through external hard drives, you have to use internal which this is not. Unfortunately this is a case of false advertisement, for a product that doesn't give you extra space. Don't buy this it won't work in giving you extra storage for series s or x. Don't believe me buy it, and you'll see. If I were you all I would not buy this, cause it's a waste of money, cause it won't work for the series s or x. Internal yes, Seagate external no.
