Galax has managed to fit the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 16 GB GDDR6 into a housing that is just 2 centimeters thin, making the graphics card perfect for particularly compact gaming computers.

it's not for gaming but for AI basically replacing rtx a4000, so you can fit all server system slots without risers.

Seems doubtful to me, given the fact that there's no mention of ECC memory, as well as the RTX 4060Ti's crippled memory bandwidth of 288GB/s versus that of the A4000 (440GB/s).

There's a lot of demand for these kinds of cards in modern workstations, where you may want a relatively low power, compact display card, that's still capable of providing decent graphics acceleration for 3D applications.

I know I'd love to put one in the back of my Proxmox box (an old Optiplex 9020), for HW video transcoding as well as some basic game streaming.
