Raptor Lake mobile Core i9-13900HK benchmark results put the chip comfortably ahead of the Ryzen 9 6900HX

Intel's yet unannounced Raptor Lake-H Core i9-13900HK chip has stopped by Geekbench for valid single-threaded and multi-threaded benchmarks. The CPU has appeared on the testing site once before in a similar setup. The latest Geekbench 5.4 results of the Core i9-13900HK paint the processor as significantly more powerful than the AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX and a minor refresh with a noticeable single-core performance bump over the Core i9-12900HK.

So it's not surprising at all.
And it's competition is going to be 7xxx series.
