Want Intel's latest mobile CPU without breaking the bank? The entry-level Inspiron 3000 series will be refreshed with the same quad-core Intel 10th gen processor options as the upcoming XPS 13 7390. SKUs will launch this week in EMEA with a North American launch to follow in early September.
