Please explain these three aspects in comparison to Windows! As to "safer", why do you think so for a) default OS settings and b) secured OS configurations? As to "walled environment", what is restricted (I know about i(Pad)OS but do not know MacOS) and why do you call it an advantage over freedom of use?

Thanks for sharing! I got the  Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro and really like it.
Having a laptop is almost a must have for every student.
For me the most important thing in a laptop is its quality and durability.

Yoga series motherboards are not sufficiently strengthened from accidental shocks and strong vibrations - they do not have a "skeleton" to which the motherboards are attached as in the T series. Therefore, they do not withstand shocks well - the shock wave that occurs in the case when falling immediately grinds the motherboard at the level of the conductors; in the T series, a magnesium alloy chassis prevents this.

Which, by the way, is noticeable even with the warranty for the Yoga series, most often the warranty is 1 year (sometimes 2), and for the T, more often than not, 3 years from the factory.

So despite the fact that it seems "reliable" in reality, with careless student long-term operation, the final costs will exceed the operation of the T series.

But if a student doesn't save, what difference does it make, right?

I'm kinda impressed by imagination, making that horror story up took some effort.

Standard warranty doesn't cover fall damage, so yeah, weak argument.
