The creation of a consortium of rival companies that would ensure ARM's neutrality seems to be favored by an increasing number of important industry players. A few months ago, SK Hynix was among the first proponents for such a consortium, but now Qualcomm is also suggesting a similar course of action. Intel is also open to joining the consortium.

Nothing like a cartel to protect "neutrality" sheesh, almost everything is a monopoly just under different names and slightly different flavors but they're all on each others boards and are owned by various fronts for huge conglomerates in turn owned by the criminal banking cartel. There is no difference between monopoly/cartel capitalism and full marxism under various names/local flavors.
