Former head of POCO Global admits that the Pocophone F1 may not receive MIUI 12.5

MIUI 12.5 will debut in a few days, with Xiaomi billing it as smoother, faster and lighter than MIUI 12. The incremental OS update is not guaranteed to reach the Pocophone F1 though, despite being Xiaomi's poster child less than three years ago.

Who cares, we probably all installed a PixelExperience rom on it anyways..

If the Poco F1 is EOL, then they should start letting us have access to EDL mode... That's what a great company would do! It's not like we're asking for bootloader source code or AVB private keys...
