Gegen die Apple Watch 4 ist schwer anstinken - mit EKG und Fallerkennung hat das watchOS-Wearable eindeutig die Nase vorn doch genau diese zwei wichtigen Features soll die nächste Samsung Smartwatch ebenfalls bieten, wie ein neuer Leak zur Galaxy Watch Active 2 vermuten lässt.
