Some XDA contributors have posted on new mods that increase the display refresh rate of the Redmi K20 (or Xiaomi Mi 9T) and K20 Pro to 75 hertz (Hz). This mirrors earlier unofficial development work on the Mi 9. By all accounts, these mods work well, but may be detrimental to battery life.

Hi, I'm Zenkrey from XDA. You should correct the article, at least the part concerning the Mi 9T / K20. I developed the mod myself, without involvement of the other devs mentioned. My approach to the mod is in fact different for the K20, since at this moment the kernel source published by Xiaomi is broken.
