The Tesla Models S or 3 have a feature called Navigate on Autopilot feature, which can allow one of these vehicles to follow a certain route while driving autonomously. Maybe its worded bad, but I dont believe this one but. Any driver input over rides APs controls. ALWAYS.
Also curious what version cars were on. Newer versions seem to rely very heavily on visual/camera input and not pre mapped GPS data.
