5G is not exactly fully operational, but this does not stop Samsung to prepare for the next generation of cellular networks. In order to start the research for a 6G standard blueprint, Samsung expanded its former 5G research team, creating the new Advanced Communications Research Center in southern Seoul.

Of course they are because the short range, high speed, 20x as many cell sites required standard of 5G is ridiculous.
After 5G's microwaves I suggest to use X-rays for 6G just to be sure that this time the users will get cancer more quickly !!
