Acer just revealed numerous new notebook models for the second half of the year. They also use "latest Nvidia GTX GPUs", which are not further specified, as well as Intel's 9th generation Core processors. Connecting all the dots we can expect Acer's new gaming laptops with mobile 8-core processors all the way up to the i9-9980HK as well as the new GTX 1650 and GTX 1660 Ti from Nvidia.

Now we're talking! Basically Intel did what AMD still hasn't: a 8/16 likely with integrated graphics (unlike the tasty 2700E) and a laptop power envelope. IMO one of the few Intel products worth shilling for... if it doesn't turn out to be another furnace :P
