Samsung has unveiled its new premium SoC, the Exynos 9820. The chipset will be used on devices like the much-awaited Galaxy S10 and Note 10. It is built on Samsung's 8nm node and features the new Mali-G76 GPU found on the Kirin 980.

The decision to launch in 8nm definitely puts Samsung in a tight spot, unless their scheduler turns out far superior.
