Title: War Thunder 1.83 "Masters of the Sea" takes naval battles into Open Beta
Post by: Redaktion on October 23, 2018, 22:26:41
War Thunder 1.83 "Masters of the Sea" introduces the British Royal Navy tech tree (in Closed Beta), but also brings in new German, Soviet, and American vessels. The naval forces of these three nations can now be played by everyone, but there is even more to this update, such as German helicopters, new planes, and new ground vehicles.

Between Armored Warfare, World of Tanks, and War Thunder, which is the best choice for the casual gamer?

If you want diversity, you should go with War Thunder. It has tanks, planes, ships, and includes both arcade and a (really hardcore) simulator mode. Armored Warfare could be considered a WoT clone with modern tanks and pretty well done PvE missions. At last, WoT is a game that started great and turned into a golden goose for its makers and a source of endless annoyances for the players. Armored Warfare also comes with faster progress than WoT. At last, all three are well optimized to play on low-end PCs (I run War Thunder with most settings at maximum on GTX 750 Ti and i3 2120 with 1280 x 1024 resolution, for most of the time it stays at 60 fps).
