A start-up called Habana claims that their new chip, the Goya, can out-perform NVIDIA V100 and Intel Xeon platforms in terms of image processing. Goya works on ONNX and MXNet AI frameworks at present, although Habana are working on TensorFlow too. On the other hand, there may be some caveats to the new company's claims.
