If reports are to go by, the upcoming 12.9-inch and 10.5-inch Apple iPad Pros are all set to go almost bezel-less. These iPad Pros will also be getting the Face ID feature and in all likelihood, will be ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack.

It's unfortunate Apple's going down that road so fast, there's literally no excuse for ditching the 3.5mm on a tablet at this point, more like a statement of "I'm ****ing with you, deal with it." I don't think Apple's in such a position anymore.
How funny would it be if Apple's new iPhones and iPads all had 3.5mm headphone jacks? Can you imagine the level of backpedaling from HTC, Sony, Google etc for them to put it back on their phones too?
