Hey there, Henrietta. If I have this correctly, you say you bought a Moto E4 Plus?
The E4 Plus was an entry-level device from Motorola last year, and as such is in a completely different market segment from the top Moto One Power (a midranger).
The E4 Plus is a solid device, though. That battery lasts for ages!
