The Microsoft Surface Lex, also known as the Surface L, is rumored to arrive with type covers currently codenamed "Gibs" while its list of specs and features apparently includes USB Type-C and LTE connectivity. Compared to the Surface slates currently available and the type covers for them, the Surface Lex and its keyboard attachment will both be more affordable.

Important is improvement in the way we use tech, microsoft is capable of changing that and if they can do that cheaper, why not?
They also shouldn't stop at just tablets..
