US president Donald Trump has personally intervened to quash the proposed acquisition of Qualcomm by Singapore-based Broadcom. In signing an executive order barring the deal, President Trump cited US national security concerns as the rationale.

If you could stop mocking and start thinking for one second you can see Chinese government -> Huawei -> Broadcom -> Qualcomm. Once Broadcom buys qualcomm almost all arm devices will have backdoors for Chinese government.

US can see this from a mile away with them backdoor all Intel chips with Intel Management Engine.
