Dude how can you say it is better thank the old GTX950M... you are actually saying that 64bit DDR3 is better than 128Bit DDR5...

Are you actually saying that memory bus and memory type are the only specs that matter?
Also, MX150 is equipped with DDR5 memory, get your facts right.
