Apparently the Inspiron 13 7000 series now will have onboard and integrated memory ram which means soldered and non user upgradeable right?

Although they bring stylus back but there is TB3 support at all. I wonder what's the advantage of this over the upcoming Yoga 520/720 with 8th Gen
