That only outputs 1.5A @20V and 2A @15V, which means it charges laptops with 30W only.
Your review shows the EU-plug, but at the link you posted to Amazon.com the adapter is sold with the US-plug only. Where can we find the article including the EU-plug?
In the German Amazon.de store you get the EU plug afaik
