GP107 by Samsung The GTX 1050 Ti is Nvidia's latest addition to its Pascal line-up below the GTX 1060. Our review will show how the 14-nm chip, which is produced by Samsung, performs and whether it can compete with AMD in this price segment.

When will we see laptop variants? I asked this question everywhere and no one gives answers. Also the price. Will they make Ti versions? Any answers would be appreciated.  :)

What we heard, there will be laptop versions of 1050 and 1050 Ti (both already listed in our GPU comparison) but they will arrive early next near.

So do you recommend getting a 970m based laptop for hopefully around 1000$ this black friday/cyber monday sale or waiting for a slightly expensive 1050 model next year.

Really? I was holding out for black friday. Dang it.

Maybe I'll pick up a 1060 laptop variant if they won't come out for black friday. :(

I would guess getting the 10 series stuff. It's just not worth it to get the 9 series mobile. It's a really shitty gap month(s) to be in. Stuck in Limbo. No point getting the 960m.  And the last gen stuff haven't gone down for some reason. I'm hedging on 1060 if a 1050 ti doesn't come out for black friday. I hope I can get the 1060 lower than the cheapest one I've found $1192.13.

I would figure companies would want to get stuff out for black friday/christmas/whatever. Maybe I'm wrong...

In laptop what card will 1050 ti replace? 970m or 960m, power consumption and heat development wise?

Sure. I would seriously suggest waiting for Black Friday or Cyber Monday (don't know which one will be better though. I guess Cyber Monday? :/ I hope others can answer that... :/ ) before purchasing anything bro.

Note: It doesn't come with an os and it doesn't include taxes (obv).
