One step forward. The GE series was previously limited to the GTX 970M, but the introduction of the GTX 1060 now gives it GTX 980M-level graphics power without necessarily raising costs or temperatures.

You mentioned that there is no thunderbolt 3.0, yet it does have a usb-Typec.

Other retailers including Xotic PC have mentioned that it is capable of thunderbolt 3.0. Did you try plugging a thunderbolt 3 device to this laptop?

can i upgrade the heatsink of ge62 with ge62vr? it has 2 more heatpipes than the ge62
