DDR3 or GDDR5? Nvidia's GTX 950M is available in two different memory configurations. We compare the performance of the DDR3 and GDDR5 version.

I think with a slight overclock, the 950 GDDR5 will get pretty close to the 960M

Thats why you cant overclock it. Now we can see it clearly.

still gtx 860 is a better solution.
