Leider ich habe es gekauft in der Schweiz bei Fust statt 1600 für 800 CHF. Bei der Funktion wollten Sie für 300 CHF helfen. Es halte ich Unverschämt. Das Problem war bei der 2 Tastatur Varianten. Einloggen nur mit normal war möglich wo ich aber die Zeichen @ einsetzen sollte nur mit virtuellen wäre möglich. Aber diese hin und her akzeptierte das System nicht. Anmelden für ein Microsoft Konto mit G-Mail nicht gelungen. Ich will aber keine zweite E-Mail Adresse. Ich bitte Sie um Hilfe

may you could try it in english, perhaps your problem becomes a little clearer.
what you could try (if it's just the problem with the "@": you could use the ASCII-code. hold "Alt" and then type 0064, release "Alt" and then the @ should appear. but this is just a suggestion, I have no clue if it works this way.
