Are all the FHD displays now IPS on the non touch variants? e.g. in Australia they are called:

Is this an IPS panel as you have reviewed, but without touch?
i've got the i5 version
the fhd panel is better than usual TNT but faaar away from an even avg ips
and, after couple of month the notebook fell simple apart in pieces... so the "sturdy magnesium casing " is just a plain lie
so embarrassed that never again a Toshiba... which has been heading to bankruptcy so warranty did not work either... stay away, it bacame a scam business to avoid
