Title: SimCity Benchmarked
Post by: Redaktion on March 15, 2013, 03:48:08
The return of a classic. Look out virtual city planners: With SimCity, EA and Maxis bring one of the most successful economic simulation games in PC history back to life. Even newcomers will be drawn to the cute animations and well-designed gameplay. As usual, our benchmark article will focus on game quality and system requirements.

hi Gordon,

Yes, you should be able to run it, albeit in low-medium settings

Can I run Sim City with the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD?  There are no numbers or letters after the name.  Apparently that IS the name.

Everything else about the computer meets the requirements.  It has an i5 processor @2.27GHz, 4GB of RAM, and 64-bit Windows 7, ball of which their site says are recommended.  The graphics card is the only thing I'm not sure of.

The computer is a Toshiba Satellite L500-ST5507 that was built in 2009.

Thanks for the help!
