 >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(this is a p.o.s. I bought this for my girlfriend for christmas and I am pretty good with computers. So I was gonna set it up and put some music and photos of us on there before I gave it to her. Guess what. I go through the setup and It does not go to the tiles. It freezes at the login. I'm currently going through this whole ordeal with compaq now and hp. Spend a little more money and get a better laptop

This is the worst ergonomic PC I have ever tried you cannot see the letters on the type pad in anything less than bright daylight the touchpad and buttons are for ever doing their own thing and as everything is black you cannot see the input sockets clearly. Daft stupid and horrid.

these laptops are nothing but junk!!!!! I have bought 3 of them, one lasted a little under 6 months, smartdisk error, the other 2 maybe 8 months, both have gray screens won't do nothing.  These laptops are a waste of money and the worse product ever from compaq

This is the slowest laptop I've had since laptops exist. My mother in law bought one for herself, and since I'm the computer guy in the family, brought me the laptop to set up all the things she needs. I decided to update to Windows 8.1 and that was the worst mistake I've done in my life. I took exactly 6 hours to download and install 140 Windows updates, another 3 hours to download Windows 8.1 and about 2 and half hours to get into the License Agreement of Windows 8.1. I'm on 120Mbit/120Mbit pipe, so it's not my network speed. The stuff that usually takes me 15 minutes on a normal machine takes about 12 hours + on this little guy, and this is no overstatement, I'm about to throw it out the fucking window, and buy my mother in law a proper laptop.
