Post by: Redaktion on July 12, 2012, 08:59:42
Mobility with obstacles. Asus combines AMD's frugal Fusion APU with opulent fittings, and a strong battery to create an attractive sub-notebook.  We'll tell you here whether or not Asus has succeeded in spite of a reflective 13.3-inch screen and other weaknesses.

Hi,
how is the idle power consumption calculated?
You mentioned you use the transformer, maybe you could test the idle power consumption on battery with battery care to give a more realistic number?
Thank you.

Well, you can do this calculation:

83 Wh / 8,72 h = 9,5 Watt

The difference between this and the measured 10,8 Watt should be the power supply efficiency.
