Title: Assassin's Creed is set to infiltrate Netflix as both a game and a live-action show

Ubisoft has dedicated part of its September 2022 Forward press conference to the revelation that Assassin's Creed is getting the Netflix treatment. In fact, this is happening twice over, as it will be one of the studio's titles to get a new version compatible with the streaming service's Games division as well as an almost obligatory TV re-make.

"... netflix treatment"

So people will love it, watch it and it will be critically well regarded, then Netflix will cancel it for no reason after one or two seasons?

Seriously, f*** Netflix... wouldn't give them a dime.

More likely it will be hot trash, critically panned by even the media shills, and hopefully Netflix will cancel it after the first season and everyone can forget about it.

I've no idea what you're talking about. Netflix is notorious for its offensively bad productions, which are almost universally disliked.
BTW the company is also down bad on subscriptions (read: revenue). Stock exchange folks propose dropping them from FAANG.
