Title: Arm files lawsuit against Qualcomm and subsidiary Nuvia for trademark infringement and breach of license agreements
Post by: Redaktion on September 02, 2022, 15:46:44
Arm is suing Qualcomm and its Nuvia subsidiary for continuing to develop the Phoenix custom cores without Arm's consent. Qualcomm promptly pointed out that these are unfounded allegations and seems to be willing to defend itself and Nuvia in court.
