Arm is suing Qualcomm and its Nuvia subsidiary for continuing to develop the Phoenix custom cores without Arm's consent. Back in March 2022, Arm terminated all license agreements with Nuvia, and now claims Qualcomm ignored all legalities and also misused trademarks.
