Phison, AMD, and Micron have demonstrated an excess of 10 GB/s sequential read and write performance in a test 6C/12T Ryzen 7000 system. The new Phison E26 controller is capable of supporting PCIe Gen5 speeds, and this is the first time the platform is being paired with Micron's new 232-layer B58R TLC NAND, which will soon be the densest flash memory on the market.
