Leica has officially jumped ship to Xiaomi today (July 4, 2022) in terms of premium camera smartphone collaborations. Not to be racist or even biased. But OMG when I first heard of Huawei and looked at their Leica phone branding I was like ew, don't Chinese have any pride to use their own products instead of seeking partnership with Western or foreign companies? The world needs choices. If I want to buy a phone with a Samsung or LG screen I'd go with a Korean phone. When I look at the specs of a (typical) Chinese phone: comes with Samsung screen, uses Sony image sensor, in partnership with Leica for the cameras, bleh!!!
