Due to the rather dire economic outlook, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has apparently informed his executives that the Texas-based EV pioneer is about to take some notable cost-saving measures. If these are implemented, up to 10% of all Tesla employees worldwide may have to look for a new job.

Except what is actually pathetic is that the majority of readers don't understand what that word means and had the author used it, that majority would've interpreted it to mean "destroyed".
