I configured a similar machine for my work. The AVX-512 is a key feature on the Tiger Lake series that isn't present on Alder Lake / Raptor Lake. It makes a huge difference in ML applications that are AVX-512 aware, which is basically most things because Intel has accelerator kits for most ML.
